OverviewThe SPINJET is a coolant-driven high-speed spindle that uses the machine's existing coolant flow to rotate an HSM jet spindle without an additional energy source. It provides wireless real-time RPM monitoring to optimize cutting conditions according to the actual rotational speed at the workpiece.
Key performance claims4-5 Times Faster
20K, 30K, 40K RPM on your machine
Milling Steel Up To 3.0mm
Milling Aluminum Up To 6.0mm
Coolant driven spindle conceptThe system uses the existing machine coolant flow to rotate the HSM Jet spindle without an additional energy source. This enables high-speed machining (HSM) capabilities without adding a separate spindle drive.
Plug & Play- As easy to connect as any other tool in your magazine.
- HSM Jet Spindle is available in several mounting adaptation types.
Mounting / clamping options- Modular ER32 shank collet chuck with a special tightening nut, suitable for all standard tool holders with an ER32 seat.
- Integral options with various adaptations: HSK A63, C 5 & 6, BT 30 & 40, CAT 40 & DIN69871 40.
- The HSM Jet Spindle is compatible with standard ER11 collets for tool clamping.
Wireless Real Time RPM MonitoringReal-time RPM monitoring allows optimizing the cutting tool’s machining conditions according to the actual rotational speed measured at the workpiece, improving process control and potentially extending tool life.
Images & typical applicationsGallery examples show the SPINJET in milling, drilling, chamfering, engraving/chamfering, grinding and threading-milling contexts, demonstrating suitability for small-diameter high-speed operations where coolant-driven spindle operation is beneficial.
